Light, effervescent, perfect balance of fruit and funk. Fantastic. Thank you Bryce H. (4.4)

Light, fruity, funky, and finishes mildly dry. This almost has the quality of a dry white wine.

[Late Check In] This bottle certainly made one hell of a trip! I'm not too familiar with Pineau d'Aunis grapes, but that didn't stop this from tasting sublime. Tannin filled and lighter body, which acts as a good backdrop to a more nuanced funk.

Solid funk, wine grape skin. A little savory pepper type thing.

Super rund, leicht muffig, Traube kommt stark durch. Super schön gealtert.

High quality bev. So much refinement since walloping this fresh on site. Shared round Dan and Megan’s gaff.

11/13/17. Unique aroma and flavor that was very good, but not outstanding. Lambic aged in an expected way, but flavor was just slightly off. 4.4

Great bottle, still good amount of grape on nose. Funk and mineral from lambic coming through. Tart but very drinkable.

Yesterday. Excellent. Fruity and soft with vanilla on the finish. So easy to drink. Can't imagine how good this will taste even older.

Une superbe flaveur vineuse douce et élangante. Légère acidité fruitée pour une balance fort agréable

EB from last weekends Pellicle Vergistingen dinner. Getting funkier with age which I like. Still fruity and highly drinkable too.

Granite. Vinous. Very wine-like, but stil effervescent/crisp/light body/drinkable. A lot going on, but I liked it.

13 November 2017. Distinct seedy red grape sweetness, tons of brewery funk, light lemon, not particularly tannic. A nice expression of grape in lambic. Mild acetic acidity, very tasty.
