EB from last weekends Pellicle Vergistingen dinner. Getting funkier with age which I like. Still fruity and highly drinkable too.

Une superbe flaveur vineuse douce et élangante. Légère acidité fruitée pour une balance fort agréable

Improved dramatically from when we last had it 1.5-2 years ago. Grapes give a ton of blueberry/raspberry notes + a hint of white pepper. No reductive notes anymore, just in a great spot for lambic + grape without lambic totally dominating yet.

Yesterday. Excellent. Fruity and soft with vanilla on the finish. So easy to drink. Can't imagine how good this will taste even older.

Great bottle, still good amount of grape on nose. Funk and mineral from lambic coming through. Tart but very drinkable.

Bleuet. Fraise , fruits des champs bref. Belle balance , beaucoup moins acide que precedement. La biere est vrm elegante . Ça se boit comme du jus

11/13/17. Unique aroma and flavor that was very good, but not outstanding. Lambic aged in an expected way, but flavor was just slightly off. 4.4

Soft grape with some pepper or spice lingering in there. Huge barnyard funk with minimal acidity. Phenomenal brew
