J'étais incapable de gérer Untappd tout au long de la soirée. Probablement ma petite déception de la soirée, je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus. On goûte surtout la gueuze, j'aurais aimé plus sentir le raisin. Acidité dans la moyenne.

More sour than I expected. Very red wine like. A bit skunky. Pleasant carb. Honestly, this is probably better than the rating I’m giving it, but I was more lost in the conversation it was shared over than the beer itself.

5 years in the bottle has kicked out some of the fresh fruit notes but what remains is a wonderfully dry, oaky, tannic, vinous liquid. Still very acidic!

Bonne acidité . Les fruits sont encore bien clean. Un peu de funk. Interessante mais elle ne sort pas du lot

Brought this back from Belgium from last year - blind taste notes from people: cherry some framboise, slightly bitter notes 4.40 grape skins as it warms up

Last month. Good blind tasting, it's very fruity. It did taste like cherry on the first sip, but I guessed frambois because of the brambly notes.
