One of the beers I brought back from Belgium in 2019. A jammy wine hybrid with a really pleasant minerality. Juicy, but finishes fairly dry. Great oaky funk as well. Great stuff.

Like the best version of leaving grape juice in the fridge.

Prachtig gerijpt. Licht vineus, droog, fruitig. Zuurgraad on point. Niets meer aan doen.

Tart up front and a moderately acidic. The grapes make their presence known, which makes for a sweet enjoyable lambic.

Loving the St. Lamb. Too few and far between really I love my lambic with grapes and this is awesome. Vinous notes with barnyard funk. Good acidity and tartness with a bit of sweet that is enveloped by sour and wood. Welcome to the lambic world Jordan G.

Share earlier! Mellowed a bit, but full of tannins/oak/powerful grape funk

Fantastic. Mild acidity, still tons of red grap flavors, solid funky brett notes. Not bad for 6 yrs old

Fungerer væsentlig bedre med nogle år på bagen end den unge udgave, så vidt jeg husker den.

LCI surprised that this was the weakest of the big 6 we did, amazing beer nonetheless but just didn't quite hit the spot like the others.

Warming notes of cherry and tannic grape skins with nice acidity finishing slightly jammy.

No longer as much grapes as I think it once had. But when did you last have a bad Cantillon beer?
