Easily, the most disgusting cork I’ve ever seen. Oozy, inky black mold puddle 1/8” thick between the crown cap & cork. Mold in the cork. I drank it, still. Stunning: candied marmalade like fruit, herbal hop notes. Crushable as it’s more lush than sour.

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : puissance, notes de citron. Bouche : sèche, belle acidité, léger citron, houblons subtil. Belle longueur sur le citron.

Hoppy, citrus zest with a hint of hop degradation flavors for me. We need to schedule a blind tasting of CSG and 2-y lambic to see whether the hoppiness still makes significant difference after 6 yrs.

Lemony and hoppy. Really crushable and moreish. Kinds funky, but not as much as I would expect given the age. Great beer overall!

Delicious. Lemony and tart, nice lactic acid bite. Foamy lasting carb. Soft bitter finish.

Sourness introduces itself in the aroma. And boy is it tart on the palate. Just my thing. Lemony finish.

Lemon rind, surprisingly still hop notes. Classic cantillon. Little olive flavor on the back end
