Mmm, what a great year for this! Tart, juicy, and super genuine sour cherry throughout, as well as a heightening of the acidity through the Lambic and wooden casks bringing it to new heights. The wood doesn't quite bring it to pie levels, but it's delish

Mocne wisnie, ocet i skorki, i nic wiecej, jak kwasna mirabelka, 3,7, s: no wisniowe, kwasne, skorkowe, ale jest tez slodycz owocu, lekka wanilia, i kapke dzikosci, swiezy kriczek lepszy, 3,9 overall.

Sweet and sour cherries and cinnamon. Cherries here exhibit a certain kind of rawness making them taste a lot like lingonberries. 41/50

While first sips left a bit to be wanted, it definitely opened up as it warmed and sat. Completely different beer 2 hours later. Delightful
