This beer never disappoints. Rich and sweet red cherries, peppery spice and tart, soft acidity. Color is glowing and beautiful. Perfect beer for a moody, foggy winter night by the ocean.

Wonderfully tart without veering too fat into the vinegar territory. Rich cherries and nice carbonation. Always a treat!

Oh wait…Hi there. As I’m sipping this fresh 2023 edition, bottled in March, with a beautiful saturated expression of just picked, summer montmorency🍒, I keep forgetting it’s not Suarez (wow, it's🇧🇪?) & that we plebs really shouldn’t try to age beer. ⭐️
