Refreshing, vibrant and aromatic . Vinous, fruity, herbal and floral. Apples in peach's syrup. Flavorsome and complex.

Aroma is funky, brett, typical Cantillon oude lambik. Taste is smooth, not too sour, spicy. Some residual maltiness, not totally dry. Not obvious to distinguish the grapes, more lambic-forward.
