Late Zwanze day! Dan D. You might have given me this bottle after I shared mine a number of years ago? Huge grapefruit pithe bitterness; not as funky as I was hoping for, but has held up pretty decent regardless!

Aged parmesan and faint rubber on the nose. Surprising amount of body, more cheesy character, and loads of oak. Faint sweetness on the finish.

Frothy pour, surprisingly mature funk. Hops have faded to herbal/grassy notes. Acidity provided pleasant yet easy-going finish. Thanks Taylor S.
