Holy butt. It smells like bottled farts but tastes WAY better. Solid beer. Love how this develops and it is not disappointing.

This vintage was straight vinegar when fresh and has developed nicely since then. Happy to have a bottle of this in the cellar still!

I had a somewhat sediment-heavy pour so won’t rate, but I wasn’t as convinced by this one. There was a harshness to the funk sourness that I was surprised by in this old a gueuze.

Cellar, mold, basement, a bit of oxidation too. Loads of tartness, super bitter, funk too and definitely tart. So much tart. Well, a classic gueuze.

Bottled: 17 September 2010. Postanowiłem otworzyć coś ciekawego na ten w miarę udany drop Canti. Idealne wysycenie, sporo skóry, nie za kwaśne acz bardziej niż preferuję, cierpki finisz, fajne piwko.

375, yellow label, bottled 17 sept 2010. Slightly brighter than expected nose, wet earth, attic funk, flavor is smooth and deep with lemon funk, leather, oak; bright citrus to start then basement mineral funk to finish

Just as nice as I remember, and can go another 10 years. Basement funk, wet oak, lemon, mineral, dust, and Brussels bacteria.
