Old Cantillon gueuze is the best gueuze to me, always fantastic. Musty dusty oak, sesame, wet cellar, lemon, mineral notes, ... lovely

2010!?! What a way to celebrate 12 years of love and 6 years of marriage. I’m the luckiest! This beer is ri-dic-u-lous!!! So much funk, character, quite a bit of brightness, to go along with the tiny bubbles of carbonation. Savoring every ounce ❤️🤤 🙌💪

Really enjoying the depth of aged Cantillon. Acidity levels here are up, very nicely complemented by musty aromas and slightly oxidative flavors of prunes and raisins. Dry finish!

2010 mot 2022. 2010 knusktørr, litt støvete, avrundet fatsmak og god balanse. Ikke den mest oppsiktsvekkende gamle gueuzen jeg har drukket, fortsatt ypperlig, da. 2022 kompleks, lett og veldig fin. Ytterst lovende.

Sept 17 bottle date. Soft creamy texture, special bottle for sure. Layers of flavor. Touch acidic, otherwise this one is perfect.

Ce genre de millésime !!! Gueuze vieillie avec des notes ultra gourmandes de caramel et d'abricot, de noyau d'abricot. Acidité bien présente genre arlequin Longueur astringente ++

375, yellow label, bottled 17 sept 2010. Slightly brighter than expected nose, wet earth, attic funk, flavor is smooth and deep with lemon funk, leather, oak; bright citrus to start then basement mineral funk to finish

Just as nice as I remember, and can go another 10 years. Basement funk, wet oak, lemon, mineral, dust, and Brussels bacteria.

Apple/apple compote, very round and balanced after such a long time in the bottle. Otherwise dry, tart, musty. astonishingly high carbonization! Great craftsmanship!
