Lovely fruit ladened sour. Raspberry, vanilla notes with a tart sour feel on the mouthfeel and end.

“Summer green” Herb and Charteuse semifreddo, pistachio namelaka, tarragon crumble and wasabi meringue. Very interesting pairing. My favourite.

Not getting the offs somebody told me, this bottle was good and pretty tasty, just had some more interesting batches. Pairing was ok but not perfect like the others, just a little forced. 4.35

6/3/24 backlog. Least favorite of the pairings but the lambic is bursting in the best shape it could provide. Berries, vanilla, acidity, tartness, super fresh. Mellow mouthfeel and taste.
