Less tart more fruity almost like a rose wine grape with all the great funk

Nice mellow red wine influence; kind of diluted pinot noir. Still a little bit of funk but not the acidity of typical cantillon.

Way less than previous batches. Almost flat with a nice grape flavour. Vinous, but less than last years. Loads of wood, especially oak and some earthy notes. Almost like an off-flavour.
