Zapach beczka, fuzle, winne, funky lekko, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, ocet, fuzle, beczka, winne, flamastry, no nie do końca.

Way less than previous batches. Almost flat with a nice grape flavour. Vinous, but less than last years. Loads of wood, especially oak and some earthy notes. Almost like an off-flavour.

4.10. Bottled on 18 December 2023. Dark cherries and dried plums. Light. Quite young, maybe it needs more time.

Sweet grape nose that carries to each sip. Not as complex or funky as others we have tried.

Chesnut barrel was very present! Sweet in the perfume and taste, very characteristic and vinous!
