Deadly, like it’s so good and well balanced, with coffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, caramel aromas and a brûlée level of sweetness that…you…don’t…taste….or….smell…..the booziness. But even a taster, and you feel warm. Which I got a crowler now, just now

Outstanding. Luscious chocolate, fudge, creamy vanilla, mellow boozy warmth, roast, raisin, toasted marshmallow. It’s a 2016 vintage and has aged quite nicely.

Buena imperial stout, de perfil ligeramente alcohólico y con una barrica bastante dominante pero igualmente rica. Café, vainilla y punto de chocolate. Ligero licor.

Tappet 050916. Herlig, velintegrert duft av mørk sjoko&bourbon. Fyldig, oljete, nesten slimete mf. Smak av mørk sjoko, svisker, dadler&bourbon, men med et uventet innslag av krydre som karve&anis. Antageligvis over the top.

Bottle from 2016. Carbonation is mostly gone, coffee and vanilla flavor barely there. Slightly sweet and creamy. The age has really rounded out the BBAing, but taken away the carbonation and supporting vanilla and coffee. Still a great beer!
