4.35 aged beautifully. Jammy blueberries, a little funky brett, tartness and a very controlled sourness. Delicate, yet powerful, yet quite crushable.

It has the dry/tart blueberry quality, which also means that the blueberries contribute a sweetness rather than a sourness, which makes this a really nice and fresh beer.

Celebratory beer (NOR 7-0 HUD), keeping it classy. Lveoly light oakiness in the background behind plenty of fruit as you'd expect. Splendid.

Wat bosbessen betreft een van de weinige bieren waar die heel erg mooi uitkomen, heel juicy en fruitintens, het rijpen op vat geeft het bier beetje extra body; mist enkel klein beetje complexiteit/funk.

Den litt fønky smaken av spontanfermentering med ekstra sødme fra blåbærene - fønker meger bra. Flott farge.
