Aged 4 years. Starting to lose the booziness and some of the complexity. Very smooth. A little more berry notes. I imagine this is the extent of aging for this one.

Day 24 of the Advent Calendar with Friends. Not quite as good as it was when it was fresh, but still damn good. I’ve missed this beer and was happy to drink one again.

Been a while since I’ve had one of these. Every sip brings out more and more flavor. Funny cause this was one of the lower rated years, but this has aged super well. Happy I saved it for Christmas!

Kaffe i doften och såväl kaffe som choklad i smaken. Mörk, maltig och rostad. Att den är lagrad i fyra år har den inte blivit sämre av.

Back to back with 2018 KBS. Heavier. Sweet. Definite syrup sweetness. This has an appeal, but KBS might be the winner on balance.

Nice Christmas dinner and celebration with family. Smoothed out after aging and was already smooth. Great.

Maple is pretty much gone, sort of sweet, still some chocolate and bourbon flavor.

Celebrating the comeback of CBS with this oldie from the cellar. Always loved this beer, so when they decided to stop brewing it, I put a couple aside. Can't wait to get my hands on the new ones. Still fantastic. Sweet, creamy, maple, chocolate.
