Super sèche, bien surette. Boisée. Pamplemousse, cuir et pomme verte avec un côté légèrement herbeux qui s’estompe au fur et à mesure que la bière réchauffe.

Late check-in from today. J’adore le ptit feeling champenois que ça apporte dans tête. Sinon, c’est full effervescent et léger, mais la pomme verte et le pamplemousse mélangés au fût de chêne m’amènent à l’extase gustatif. Mioum !

Nice mild dusty, horse blanket, leathery funky wild brett yeast, light lemony, sour green apple subtle tart rhubarb aroma and a sourish wheat malt, oak woody barrel nose, and a good funky wild brett yeast, light sharp acidic green apple, rhubarb dry taste

Problem with this bottle. Completely flat. Yet still tastes great...🤷🏽♂️ However, going to exchange this bouteille (bottle) tomorrow... and may pick up a 2nd, as back up, just in case. 🍻

Not a particular deep aroma, not heavily acidic but rather wooden and straw notes. Slight vinuous afterglow and a non typical Geuze Taste. Might need some more aging.

Sur les 4 éditons que j’ai bu c’est toujours et encore ma préférée à date je dirais. Le temps a juste joué en sa faveur. Je regrette de ne pas en avoir acheté davantage

2016 - vraiment bon, version améliorée de la geuze boon, on sent bien le funk, un petit goût de pommes vertes et le petit coté sesame toasté.

Paar jaartjes hebben deze goed gedaan. Blijft droog in nadronk maar heeft meer body bij binnenkomen in de mond.

Soft, delicate, flowery and pretty with some subtle cheesey fruity hops. Very nice and balanced with subtle horsey flavors and aroma. Sweaty and tasty.

Сэконд лэйбл настолько образцово хорош, что даже мой кот с кайфом его лизал пару минут, когда я немного пролил содержимое бутылки на пол. Во рту сухие зелёные яблоки, облитые лимонным соком, полежавшие в осенней обосранной тухлой траве пару лет. Топ! 🖤

Topklasse, zoals altijd! Veel citrustoetsen. Droge afdronk, soms wat houterig. Het zuurgehalte is middelmatig, perfect in ballans.
