Made carbonnade flamande and this was a great match. Citrus, vinegar, leather, basement funk. Dry, nice carb and acidity

Вяжущий, искристый, во вкусе и послевкусии недозревшие яблоки — разницы в этом плане с 21 годом не заметил. Ожидал, что возраст его изменит, но он абсолютно как новенький — бодрый и шипучий. Отличный, классный гёз, но не ошеломляет.

Eighteen months after the last tasting from the cellar. Nice evolution continues - tart and smooth with seemingly more (pleasant) woodiness

Drinking my cellar… this one has aged nicely and developed a nice softness that replaces much of the acidity. Starts tart green apple followed by oak and a hint of vanilla from the wood.

First, medium body. Grapefruit attack, soft & tart citrus flavors instead of sour. Dry but not astringent. Long aftertaste hinting at Chenin & Sauvignon Blanc. Surprising barrel aroma & flavor undertone throughout.
