Time is a cruel mistress. More cardboard that kills of the sweet trail mix. Herbal bitterness against sweet lemon. Citrus pith.

One a day historical check in, drank August 2010. Sour, green apple and herby aromas. Lemon, cheese and lime flavours. Quite citrusy. Not bad.

Smaakevolutie zorgt voor uitgevlakt zuurtje dat richting cherry gaat. Nog voldoende koolzuur om een schuimkraag te creëren. In de neus meer zoetje dan 'lambiekig' aroma. Lekker!

Kuaska Lab. Glutamate. Lactose notes, bad milk. Taste is light sweet. Surprisingly medium carbonation despite 12 years old bottle. Bonn lambic is prevalent. Smooth.

Je connais pas trop ce genre de vieillissement, on dépasse mes capacités. C'est boisé, noisette. Bien bretté et avec une sacré robe et une bonne longueur .
