Bleek roze gelijkmatig schuim, valt snel in. Oudroze, troebel, geen pareling. Aroma fruitig, kriek, zurig. Mondgevoel, gemiddeld, rond, licht prikkelend. Afdronk bevestigend, blijft even hangen

2018 vintage. Fairly light cherry, and a light funkiness. Dry finish. Good, refreshing lambic.

With my friend Becks, and big news…. She likes it! Sometimes she’s a bit pretentious with her opinions but I’m glad she can admit I’m right. It’s a good beer. Even a great beer! Thrilled to be in its presence. Rich, cherry & a little sour. Ambiance 🫡

Very nice overall. The sourness is quite mild and soft, and cherry notes are fresh and natural. Some mild funky notes, and some herbal notes. Some sour red wine at the nose. Interesting bitterness that balance the sweeter fruity notes.

Red. Cherry kernel nose, fruity nose. Very dry. Very tart. Kernel note. Fruity. Made with traditional Schaarbeekse cherries.
