Merry Christmas! Unpacked this from the first trip to Belgium. It’s staying pretty mild. All the flavors are mellowed out. I get some pleasant oaky notes with a dry, almost apricot like finish. Really delicious.

God damn that’s crisp, clean, and carbbed. Minerals abound. Lemony and woody all together delicious.

Aged 6 years and worth every year. Clearly the aging mellowed out the overpowering sour and replaced it with a perfectly balanced beer. Tart, sweet, effervescent, complex, and incredibly good.
