Very structured and a distinctive oak flavor. Hope the next vintage is as good.

Not as fruity and complex as 108, but still very nice.

Incredibly pithy on first sip, but blends in instantly after that. Caramel, oak, grapefruit, and funky apple. Good enough to stand head to head with 3F, wow.

Musty cork, Dense caramel chewy grain wet cattle feed (in a good way) nose, surprisingly thin and bubbly body for so many rich notes, dry champagne and Slightly bitter finish

If you didn't tell me it had brett, I would have never known. It's very unique.

This is my favorite of the 4th that were packaged together. Dry, tart, and a bit fruity.

Dusty aul' barnyard, herbaceous nose. Grassy. Mellow and sweet orange rinds and a vanilla and caramelly touch on the palate. Absurdly delicious.

Complex and pleasing, with a lingering presence. Has the faint nasal notes of a white wine, with the unmistakable front end of a lambic. Back end earthiness blends with remaining sweetness to leave behind visions of fruit and bygone places. Solid beer.

Pairing : bleu d'Auvergne, Casanu.

Bottled 12/15/2016. First a beautiful amber color. Initial mouthfeel is very soft, delicate but full bodied. Wine like. Gentle green apples, nothing too tart or overpowering. Wow, what a delicious Geuze Lambic, thanks Stave!!! It’s a Lambic evening…
