Was eine geile Story hinter dem Bier. 110Jahre altes Reparations-Fass und darin Lambic gelagert. Sehr weinartig und leichte gut eingebundene Säure. Schön feinperlig.

Mild nose of faint sweet and sour ripe apples, subtle vanilla oak french barrel, subtle diacetyl, light funky wild brett yeast, with a faint lemony, subtle bitter almond aroma and a nice sour lemony, tart rhubarb, funky wild bretty yeast, oaky dry finish

4 jaar gerijpt op cognacvat, gebrouwen op 20 november 2015. Mag misschien nog wat zachter worden op fles? Cognacvat komt stevig door. Aromatische oude geuze: hout, eik, cognac.

La signature Boon est un peu rough quand t’es habitué à Tilquin et 3F, mais c’est pas sans intérêt pour autant. Poussière, cuir, malt, bois et beaucoup de bubulles.

쿰쿰한 치즈 뉘앙스로 다가와서 적당한 단맛과 산미 밸런스를 가진 괴즈로 훌륭함. 워낙 넘사벽들을 먹어서 그런지 4.5 이상인지는 잘 모르겠으나 ㅋㅋ

The lambic in foeder no. 31 aged for four and a half years before it became this Oude Geuze. Champagner and decent cocnac nose. Notes of apricots, white grapes and a little bit sourness/sweetness. Oak/woody background

Vergeleken met de VAT 86 bitterder en niet echt de nadruk op sour. Wel ongeveer dezelfde smaak
