Smells as orange wine. More carbonated than the 2019 batch we juste drank. Slightly tannic, fruity, etc I'll go back to m'y glass 🍻 Cheers

Much more sour than the last bottle. Slightly carbonated with apple and peer notes. Not very funk.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) D-n
Bottled the April 15th 2020 and containing 50% of 4yo lambic. More complex than the classic ones. Funky, Woody, bitter orange, citrusy. Kind of vanilla in the nose.

50°N - 4°E (Batch 7 - 2020) D-n
A bit less woody than the 6th batch, more focused on sourness and funk. Maybe the result of the adding of 5% aged in rhum barrel? Much more refreshing, lemony, and tart.

Much more funky and dry compared to the 1st time I drank it. Woody. The taste of the cognac barrel-aging is well present. 🧡
