Absolutely incredible. Rich, cherry jam. Somewhat less tart than other cherry lambics, more full bodied. Quite the whale here. Leaping into a top 5 beer for me. #BottleConditioned

Sticker Label 2017. Suppose to pop in March for my 10 year anny. Lost a little of that ripe bright cherry. But still drinking great.

Strong cherry pie. Some cinnamon. Heavy barnyardy funk. Mild tartness. Slightly acetic. Dry finish.
