Luma Dry-aged Appenzeller duck with charred brusselsprouts. The least homogenous pairing of the day, beer and dish individually is top notch, but not a huge tieover.

Even better than at quintessence. Really hitting exactly my vibe on LPK. The duck went (of course) extremely well with the cherries

Deep, dark cherry, rounded off with some mild cinnamon spice and a thin layer of carbonation makes this the perfect kriek

크릭 빈티지는 처음 마셔보는데 정말 역대급이다. 앞의 괴즈의 유일한 약점은 음용감인데 그 약점조차 없는 완벽한 람빅. 체리 맛이 아주 부드러우먼서도 중간중간에 날카로운 감칠 맛이 람빅 깊이를 더해준다. 향도 은은하고 부드럽다. 아주 기분 좋은 시큼함을 제대로 느낄 수 있다.

Suprisingly the cherry notes are still well present. Tart and sour. Light lactic acid undertones.

Sist jeg drakkdennevar i 2017. Da var den perfekt, nå har den mer kanel, mer mandel, en utsatt, men mer intens kirsebærsmak og er enda bedre. Takk Jean!

Cherry insanity. Brewed 2012. Bottle date om back and cork 2014. Beautiful cherry.
