Beautiful Gueuze. Impossible to buy anywhere in the beer stores. Happy to drink it at Cantillon. Bottled 3 Dec 2020.

Soft peachy with lighter vanilla undertones…soft mildly acidic. So nice.

Goede Lambic maar een hoogvlieger dit. Lekker qua fruit en druiven, maar had er net wat meer van verwacht

Quite thick, lots of apple, orange, dry like a nice white wine! Love the combo with the fish 👌

Preferred this to the Dragone TBH. Initially subtle, yet a long complex finish.

I like this even more than the Drogone. Softly acidic, just a touch of vinegar, heaps of gentle white wine. This is like a fistful of flowers kinda. That line between white wine and lambic. This is one of my fav Loons yet.

Reductive nose that blew away with time, what is left is gorgeous and evocative- but I wonder if others are treating this with the patience it deserves.

Cool trying this next to the wine. Tart, rounded, really nice balance. Carries some of the tannins and orange blossom over.

08/20/20 check-in. Loads of green apple, white grapes, some hints of lactic bacteria but way less than six months before — I’m sure it will adjust for an even better taste in a year. Somehow flat, moderately funky, so dry. 4.30
