Clean lemony aroma with distinct barnyard notes. Tart lemon taste with notes of oak, white pepper, and chardonnay. Pleasant and somewhat dry finish. A beautiful sour! (Bottled September 2022)

Funky at the start, but mellows out and has a nice traditional quality. I think this is probably the best of the style that Iâll ever have, but Iâm not sure that the style is so explosive or anything.
