Une kriek extraordinaire! Hyper équilibrée, rafraîchissante (!), acidité plaisante, beau funk. La cerise est bien présente, très fruitée qui complimente le côté sec à merveille. Énorme complexité. Je comprends la renommée de Cantillon!

A wow beer. Just an ideal expression of the style. Beautiful fruit, great acidic balance, so so drinkable without any sense of being "extreme". I wish for just a touch more carbonation.

Bottled Nov. 2020. Lots of funk on the nose that at first drink leads into a strong cherry juice flavor. That then transitions into that same nose funk on the front of the tongue. This is some of the best liquid I’ve ever drank. Damn near perfect.

Outstanding. The balance of tart cherries with a creaminess really works. It is definitely more sour but really shows it’s stuff with 30 minutes of warming to room temp.

Great evening with friends. 4 y.o. bottle. Incredibly well-integrated funk and complex flavors. Sweet and tart cherry, marzipan, dried tobacco, mild acidity, orange peel, anise.
