Mocno wysycone, aż trzeba odczekać żeby się lekko odgazował. Morele tutaj rządzą, to jedna z pierwszych nut na jaką trafiamy i robią też za świetne tło. Kwaśność może nie elegancka, ale taka przystępna. Finisz niestety trochę gryząco-octowy.

Full of Apricots, full of flavour and smooth as. Great tart flavour to begin & finishes with a light smooth, apricot skin flavour. A well made lambic, very smooth, very full flavoured

Quite tart upfront, a beautiful smooth finishing, with apricot peel / skins. Light earthiness, the acidity is well balanced giving it just enough astringency. After warming more the acidity lowers with more sourness hitting through.

Apricot though the roof. Pretty acidic and fresh, but maybe with some age some Brett-like funk may develop. Tastes amazing though.
