I would give this a 7 if I could. So much going on in this beer. Light and fruity, dry on the finish and the apricots have a creamsicle vibe. My favorite cantillon to date.

Cheers for this one, Miles! Lots of apricot. Lots of funk. Lots of oak. It strangely went up and down depending on how far into the beer I went. Definitely deserved of the title of one of the best beers in the world.

Full of Apricots, full of flavour and smooth as. Great tart flavour to begin & finishes with a light smooth, apricot skin flavour. A well made lambic, very smooth, very full flavoured

Quite tart upfront, a beautiful smooth finishing, with apricot peel / skins. Light earthiness, the acidity is well balanced giving it just enough astringency. After warming more the acidity lowers with more sourness hitting through.

4.3. Comme quoi soit y’a des différences entre les dates d’embouteillage, soit 6 mois dans la gueule et ça n’a rien à voir.

Fruity, sour, tart, acidic. Apricots and a bit of lemon, some herbality. Very nice, but lacking in da funk. Foumosas are underrated.

Already more fruityness that remains and the tartness/sourness seems to become slowly less present over time. The complex wood, brett and sour tints were not as present as before. But you can hardly go wrong with Fou!

From yesterday. Shelton label. Couldn’t pick out any of the classic Cantillon funk and instead it had an almost American farmhouse quality to the yeast profile. Tangerine apricots. Restrained acidity. Will be interesting to revisit. Thanks Mike R. !
