Young foufoune is always a pleasure. Mild sourness and lots of apricots on the nose, as well as the aftertaste. Paired with chicory gratin with comte and ham - for an explosion of flavors - earthy from the plants & similar to apricot notes from the comte

A very apricotty brew. It is a nice and sour Lambiek with a outspoken apricot flavour. The finish is really funky. It's overall a good beer but it lacks a little je ne sais pas quoi.
