Super Pfirsich-/Aprikosen(kern)-Aroma - am Gaumen fruchtig, supertrocken, leichte Zitronensäure, ein Hauch Salz, nicht allzu stark funky, im Abgang etwas bitterer und eckiger als bisherige Jahrgänge - Jammern und hohes Niveau und so 🤪 4.3

Hazy golden color. Apricot, plum with elderflower, hay, straw, wood like characters. Strong elegant tartness, mild sweetness, no bitterness. Strong carbonation, medium body. Apricot like aftertastes. Excellent!

Touch more sour than last time, little more age on it too. Fantastic as always

Fruit has fallen off quite a bit, but it’s still perfectly carbonated. I reckon I’ll finish off my last few bottles of this asap - it’s not getting any better.

Blend of lambics aged 18 to 20 months and Bergeron apricots. Erg lekker zacht!
