Mini fridge froze my lambic and gave me a reason to cut Dry January short! Not the circumstance I imagined drinking my first Cantillon bottle under but here we are. This was amazing as it warmed! Loved it and can't wait to buy more!

Such vibrant apricots, slightly funky and the sourness is not a pucker up. Wow, wow wow.

This bad boy has evolved but is drinking so well still. The apricot flesh has matured a bit into peach rings, with a still reasonable mild-medium acetic acidity and lots of funk.
