Jahrgang 2019 - nach der tap-Version im Muted Horn jetzt auch aus der Flasche - vergleichbar Spitze -> granatenstarke Aprikosennote, weich-fruchtig-süß (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) - im Geschmack deutlich trockener (ungesüßter) als das Aroma vermuten läßt, bissl funky - toll

たぶん2022の。 まだまだ硬いけどCantillonでも随一のくすんだ酵母旨味と果実酸味。量を飲んだのは初めてで、300ml全部愉しむには少し工夫がいると学んだ。

美味しい！飲む前からの香り含め、アプリコット感強し。18〜20ヶ月熟成したサワーにぶち込んだらしい。軽く飲みやすい雰囲気もあるが、しっかりぱいすー。

久しぶりのフフン、樽で飲めるのヤバイw フルーツ系のサワーはそんなに好みでないの多いけど、これは改めて飲んでも好き。度数そこまで高くないのに熟成感がすごくて、ランビックならではのカビ感(表現悪いけどそうとしか言えない！w )あって、やっぱりランビックは素晴らしいなと思える味。来てよかった飲んでよかったありがとうカンティヨン。

A super hard sour to find in bottle, let alone on draught. The back of your tongue will dance from the sourness. Soft apricot flavors. Quite special. I'm transported back to Belgium.
