17 avril. Dillens. On a vu qu’on avait le temps d’aller goûter la Chenin Blanc avant le souper à La Tana.Très contente d’avoir fait le détour parce que ça a été une des top de la semaine. Carbonation moyenne, douce, mais le raisin était bien intégré.

Revisit after Dec 19. Same batch? Is there only one? Juicy. Soft. Fruity. Refreshing. Cloudy. Dry with some mild residual sweetness.

New batch still in the barrel, I think I like that one better, much more typical of Chenin, super juicy quince, pear too. Looking forward to revisit it when it's carbonated
