Earthy fresh pressed beet juice on the nose. Beets overpower the lambic but nevertheless I thoroughly enjoyed it. Went for a second pour. Would love to try out of the bottle with some age!

Nose is straight beets. Earthy and soil. Behind that is a light geuze funk and woody character. Palate initially highlights the beet but then adds in some red berry, umami/mushroomy tones, finish with a moderate acid and tannic woody character. Awesome.

Rode biet, onmiskenbaar. Aards. Licht mineraalachtig. Mild zuur als tegengewicht voor de zoetere biet. Voor de fans. Ik vind hem wel goed!

Beetroot all the way. Earthy, funky, bit fruity. Broad sour aftertaste. Straightforward, but very good.

Fuck de “lave” ratings. Det her er for nice. Clean baggrund, hvor rødbeden virkelig skinner. Det er faktisk helt utroligt godt håndværk, hvis målet altså var at vise en enkelt ingrediens. Akkompagnement: frites og gf!
