Tierra mojada, moho, arcilla... En contrapunto, frutos rojos y una acidez suave pero larga. Matices muy curiosos q no dejan indiferente. A mí me encanta!

Colore fantastico, forti note terrose e vegetali, tipo buccia di patata. Gusto sicuramente inaspettato.

Zwanze på Zum Franziskaner. Rejält med rödbetor som tar över helt och hållet när ölet värms upp. Ganska obalanserad.

Earthy-beetroot & musty smell. Definite beetroot taste with a good amount of lemony acidity coming through. Light mouthfeel with a thin body that leaves a clean & dry aftertaste.

Nose: so beet root Taste: it captures the freshest beet. Somehow better than juiced beet. I’m so im-pressed... pun intended.

Smells exactly like beetroot, tastes like bloody beetroot. When you burp, it tastes like beetroot, quite acidic too? Perhaps pickled beetroot. Very impressive that they've packed beetroot into a palatable beer, would i have again? Nah. Beetroot

👁 deep red, on the way to purple, & almost glowing with a tight pink head. 👃🏻 beetroot & barnyard. 👄 a balance of sharp acidity & earthy beetroot with some complex brett funk. noticeable carbonation & a dry sour finish.

Pure beetroot smell, full of earthiness. Gorgeous color. Raspberry, tart. It works and it reminds me of À Tue-tête of course 😋

This shouldn't work but does. Takes me back to being four years old and having beetroot with my meat and potato pasty... but in the form of a sour beer.

W aromacie słodko, korzeń buraka oraz delikatna octowość i subtelny funk. W smaku burak, octowość, słodycz, kwaśność i wytrawność, przyjemny balans. Jedyny minus to octowość lekko uderzająca w gardło ale poza tym super. 4.35

13. In aroma freshly cut beetroot with sour notes. In taste first come lambic sourness, then you feel beetroot (more with warming up). It's not so intense that you call this borscht. I'm not a fan of beetroot but could drink this without disgust ☺️

Bien acide. La betterave ressort énormément donc faut vraiment aimer ça dans une bière.
