40/50. Smells like a moldy cellar full of beetroots. Earthy. Surprisingly elegant and nice. Sour & slightly tart. Crisp.

Whoop there’s still time to taste this peculiar beetroot sour beer! Tastes healthy. Fresh uncooked beetroot and moist earth. I kinda like this.

Bevuta a una settimana dall’evento. Sembra molto più pulita rispetto alle altre foto. Zero acetico pervenuto anche se dalle descrizioni precedenti sembrava esserci.

Punajuuri tuntuu epäintuitiiviselta valinnalta lambicin maustajaksi, mutta itse asiassa pehmentää mukavasti sen hapanta terää. Pidän!

Nez betterave puissant, beaucoup plus subtile en bouche, je préfère la lambic d'Aunis qui est plus intéressante imo

Nez assez terreux et fruité de la betterave. En bouche c'est pas trop terreux ce qui était un écueil possible. À la longue c'est assez particulier et écoeurant.

Tja, als je er aan ruikt dan is het rode bietensap..😕 Als je het drinkt is het een bittere geuze..... niet mijn ding. Apart om te beleven.

Curiosity got the better of me...lambic sourness with that sweet earthiness of beetroot. It's a bit like a salad with dressing. Crazy colour. Not one for beginners.

Lci betterave bien présent. Le terreux est là sans prendre complètement de le dessus. Cet équilibre me plaît bien
