08/20/20 check-in. Held up greatly. Needs to sit in the glass for some minutes, then goes open wide. Tart and acid, going a bit smooth by years, leather, blanket, grapefruity, still sharp and sour on finish. 4.60

Nez sublime sur le champignon, le bois humide, vieux grenier, poussière. En bouche c'est moins complexe, mais peu acide, plutôt doux et agréable.

Vieux bois et poussière au nez . Goût pas si complexe. Je m'attendais à mieux. Oude gueuze vintage 2008 de 3F était dans une catégorie à part à comparer de celle ci .

👁 Robe dorée/orangée, col fin 👃 Notes boisées, poussiéreuses, brett 👅 Acidité fort prononcée, boisé, léger déséquilibrée. Une fois qu'elle s'ouvre, elle s'embellit, s'équilibre, quelques notes plus douce. Très plaisante et caractérielle.
