A perfect balance is struck between the lambic’s natural acidity and the Hallertau hops’ refined bitterness🍻

Lime, light ferruginous vinegary scent, cianide -peach stone- aromas. Tart, sulphury lime flavour; soot, welding spark, faint tannic grape skin...

What a wonderful lambic. Peaches and lots of funk almost vinegar-ish. Candied sugars with a lovely hop profile coz of the dry hopping. Makes me pucker but I'm thoroughly enjoying this

Nice sour...enjoyed by everyone in the group. Just the right amount of funk/sour.

サボったので久しぶりに。野性味あふれるフローラルさ、藁、レモン、甘くないりんご、ケミカルさ。ランビック得意ではないけど美味しく飲めた。

I love the hops used in Gilloise. Dry and funky. Not managed to get this one before. I know back in 2012 when I had my first lambic as I began my sour and spontan adventures I was on to something I would have to find more of.

Tart and juicy with funky rubber. Green apple. The tartness is delicious. Subtle layer of hops. Has all the sourness and funkiness of the best Lambics and is multidimensional. Season 20/21.
