Du fruit jaune, de la Brett bien marquée sur les arômes d'écurie, de la pomme verte, un petit côté champenois sur la pétillance et une acidité qui déchausse comme il faut 👌

Looks a lovely beer, quite dry and lightly tart with a somewhat bitter finish.

This was so different than other lambics I've had. The dry hopping gave such an interesting flavor profile and it was very enjoyable.
