It’s always nice to find a beer unicorn beer. Peach and gooseberry on the nose with touch of funk. Wonderfully drying in the mouth with a touch of lemon and grapefruit. This is wonderful beer to drink with the #2020Kumells

This was so different than other lambics I've had. The dry hopping gave such an interesting flavor profile and it was very enjoyable.

Not as puckering as regular cantillon, but delicious and a nice lemon earthiness from the hops. Pre-Phish drink
