Definitely better than the bottle opened two days ago. Anyway it has still to develop some of the hyper complexity charge proper of the b1. Dried red fruits, cherries, red grapes, good dryness and tartness, tannic too. 4.30

4.30. Cherries. Red wine. Almost the same nose and palate as the corresponding wine.

Into the Wine. The wine was quite sharp with loads of tannins. Beer was more balanced.

Super smooth and easy drinking. Zero harshness but a little muted, if anything. Flavours are decent though. I could drink this all day. Dark berry flavour, whatever that means. Prickly, blackcurrant, blackberry, perhaps some raspberry.

Decided on a 2nd bottle share with the Sega Afterburner David B. A deep red grape super smooth juicy lambic. A great chilled time here today. Sightseeing next with lambic goggles on! Thanks Cantillon. A pleasure and I’m of to them gift store! C’est Bon!

Pairing with pigeon and fois gras. Now the beer goes in the right path after years. Finally. Super tannic. Grapes and sour cherries meat. Spiced and wooden. Less complex and thick than b1, but this is undoubtedly a fine work. 4.40

Mocno Gronowo waniliowe, dzikie delikatnie, lekko idzie w leśne owoce. W ustach słodkie, kwaskowe ale bardzo delikatnie, mocno gronowe , skórkowe, cierpkie, dzikości w miarę. Bardzo smaczne i zbalansowane
