樽も飲めました…！ 嬉しい。行きすぎていない酸味とランビック独特の香り＆味わい。やっぱり最高。お腹空いてないから単独で飲んでるけど、個性強いのにいろんな料理にも合わせられそうなのがベルギービールのすごいところ。素晴らしい。

Current release - 2021? Rich, tannic grape and rich fruit. Light sweetness. Soft funk, nice tannic finish. Great batch.

Un’altra produzione incredibile di Cantillon, fatta con uva Merlot in macerazione. A naso esplodono sentori di uva e fiori, al palato la beva risulta elegante e ricca di note fruttate, acetiche e legnose. Il gusto è un compromesso tra dolce e sour
