This is very nice. Not too acidic and the Haskap berries add an interesting layer of flavor that makes this very unique and unlike any other Cantillon I recall ever having

Super fruity, more than I usually expect from cantillon. Very blueberry-ish, but slightly closer to grapes. Surprisingly not funky to be a cantillon, it will be interesting to see how it develops over a couple of years.

Lots of grape up front. Mild lemon in the middle. Very vinous with a lot of red wine, grape skins, and light musty/dusty funk in the finish. Similar to the 3 Fonteinen Druif Dornfelder I had last week with less lemon notes.

Haskap berry flavored Lambic 🤷🏻♂️ Impenetrable, blueberry-juice-colored beer. Nose: blackcurrant, blackberry, a whisper of cranberry, rowanberry. Taste: a lofty medley of blackcurrant, blackberry and cranberry, a hint of lingonberry, sour vinous.

Really love this place. Great food, friendly service, nice outdoor patch. Thought it was done with lambic for a few days, but this is delicious: nose of jammy grape and hints of wine. Palate follows, with mild funk. Fruity, mouthwatering, lovely.
