Zo ingetogen in het zuur. Veel rood fruit en lekker zacht. Refreshing unit. Verder wil ik de groetjes doen. 🙋♂️

Fortsatt ung og mye og gå på, men allerede helt strålende. Druelambic og Cantillon er alltid et sikkert kort. Merlot druen her gir toner av mørke bær, lett kanel, noe lakris. Som ofte en balansert touch av eddik i signaturen til Cantillon🍇🍾

Heerlijk fruitig en licht zuur. Vooral veel tonen van rood fruit en een lekker zachte afdronk.

better slightly warmer. the inbetween of wine and lambics. flavour of more acidic grape skin initially then more rich merlot notes emerge when it warms. jammy winey berry bouquet, wood, some funk. dry at the end. so easy to drink!!

Mooie afsluiter van het festival. En met Cantillion zit je dan altijd goed. Dankzij Kevin v. ben ik altijd alert als ik die naam zie. Benieuwd of de Cantillion Geuze uit 1978 die ik hier kocht ook zo lekker zal zijn.

17 december 2020 - Vinous grapes, funk, and light-moderate tartness. A little more tartness would hit the sweet spot for me.

The merlot grapes bring distinct notes of earthy cassis, raspberry, cherry, and plum with a dry, meaty finish. Softly tart, barely any acidity, this is a super jammy lambic.

J'ai toujours une préférence pour la bouteille mais c'est toujours très bon. Assez tart toutefois cette fois-ci !
