Thanks to Silviu for this. Think a slightly sweet white wine with a bit of fizz, or a beermosa. Pretty tasty, a change from my usual.

Bold, but rounded. I get some wonderful oakey notes, some forest floor (so you know Im in love), and some notes verging on vanilla at the end. Boo yah!

Lovely balance of fruity and acidic notes. Floral, fruity grape skins, light funk. Nice dry finish. Glad to try this

I love how every time I have a Cantillon it just perfectly defines what I think a sour should be. This one is no different. Light malt bill leads to tart vinous notes before smoothly funky but dry finish. Acidity is spot on to heighten the fruit flavor
