All sharp raspberries. Tart & funky. Light jammy. Not the best I've ever had it but pretty decent

树莓、覆盆子、酸樱桃、红醋栗颗粒等红果，似乎放在黑醋栗叶做成的篮子上，随着与空气接触，果味更为明显饱满而动人，并出现一些轻微的奶昔味，只是干净依旧。微咸，似乎有几分话梅的意味，野菌发酵带来的酸味中，似乎出现一缕醋渍草莓，些许皮革以及一点点脂粉，慢慢似乎还会出现些许花香。入口酸味爽口，气泡星星点点散去，露出透彻的覆盆子、酸樱桃和一点点红醋栗和酸草莓味，野菌的味道类似略微湿腐的树干上微微破土而出的菌菇，还带有淡淡的硬谷物壳味，后段的酸度持久，类似苹果酸。

Duft som hopper ut av glasset. Veldig frisk med fin hale. Prikker på tunga.

The Cantillon is abundant here if you know where to look. Great beer scene in Gros.

14/12/20 bottle, a different 2020 blend than I last checked in. Opened with total silence, and I feared a dead bottle. Poured with lovely pink head and plenty of residual carb in glass. Bracing fruit tartness on the first sip, but it mellows quickly.
